Review of Joy Luck Club

For the past few weeks, our class read the story, Joy Luck Club. The story included different chapters with different characters' perspectives. It included 4 daughters and 4 mothers and their issues. All of the mothers came from China escaping the war. They all mentioned

the tough and unique experiences in their life. I was impressed and amazed with their way of thinking. Throughout the story, the mothers and daughters have a hard time understanding each other, but all of the daughters end up following their mother's way of thinking and their path.
